Sessions last for 50 minutes and are charged at £45 per session.
We want to make counselling available to as many people as possible, so if you are a student, over 65 years old or in receipt of Universal Credit/PIP please let us know as we are sometimes able to offer reduced rates.
We accept payment by cash, card or Apple/Android Pay at the beginning of each session or by online bank transfer prior to each session.
We also take referrals from agencies such as Employee Assistance Programmes or employers and we are happy to invoice for sessions provided. Please let us know if you’d like to discuss this.
Our consulting room is in the leafy suburb of Jesmond, just outside Newcastle upon Tyne. To make your visits as comfortable as possible we have a lovely waiting room and toilets are available within the building.
Free on-street parking is available nearby and the practice is a short walk from a nearby Metro station. When you book your first appointment your will be provided with the full address and a map with directions.
The building isn’t fully accessible so if you have mobility considerations please let us know as we will be happy to discuss options with you.
